Features

Outstanding corrosion and wear resistance: The pump body is lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), capable of withstanding corrosion from acids, alkalis, solvents, and corrosive slurries. It exhibits exceptional wear resistance and can reliably transport solid-liquid mixtures with solid content as high as 30%.

Suitable for media with high solid content and particles: It demonstrates excellent conveying capability for media such as slurry, waste acid, and sludge with high solid content, effectively preventing wear caused by particle erosion.

Anti-clogging structure design: Featuring a semi-open impeller design, it offers superior anti-clogging performance, making it suitable for conveying high-viscosity or fiber-containing media.

Suitable for various operating conditions: It can operate stably under various complex and harsh corrosive and abrasive conditions, making it suitable for industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, and mining.

High efficiency and energy saving: The low-speed operation design reduces friction resistance, improves conveying efficiency, and has low long-term energy consumption, thereby reducing operating costs.
